Unauthorized disassembly of the motor, battery, controller, or charger, utilizing unofficial third-party apps, or failing to perform regular scheduled maintenance will instantly void coverage.
Are wear‑and‑tear items like brake pads covered if they wear out quickly?
No. Wear-and-tear components like brake pads, tires, and brake discs are highly dependent on individual riding style and terrain. They carry a limited warranty window (3 to 6 months) for manufacturing flaws only.
Do I need prior approval before taking my bike to a local repair shop?
