Cancellation & Refund Policy

A. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

How to Exercise Your Right

Consequences of Withdrawal & Withholding

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Return Address (Exclusively for Returns)

Returns must be sent to the following address, which is used exclusively for return shipments:
Main Service Center, Carl-Benz-Str. 22-24, 67227 Frankenthal, Germany.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to check the condition of the bike.

General Notes on Packaging

Please avoid damage and contamination. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging. Please note that the use of original packaging is not a legal requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal, but it helps ensure safe transit.
