The controller for data processing is Berlin Tyres Europa GmbH, Berlin. We process personal data based on Art. 6 GDPR (Contract performance, Legal obligation, or Legitimate interest). For security, we use SSL/TLS encryption.

2) Hosting & Server Log Files

Our website is hosted on secure servers. Every visit automatically logs technical data (IP, timestamp, user agent) to ensure system stability (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

3) Third-Party Tools & USA Transfers
