Shipping is free of charge within Germany. For international orders outside of Germany, additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply depending on the destination country.

The average delivery time within Germany is 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

3. Returns and Costs

If you wish to return your goods within the statutory withdrawal period, please contact our support team. We will provide you with a return shipping label; however, please note that the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
