Welcome to bikes-365.com. These terms govern the relationship between Berlin Tyres Europa GmbH and our customers.

1. Payment Methods

We offer the following secure payment options: PayPal Checkout, Shopify Payments (Stripe), and Klarna. All transactions are encrypted and processed according to the highest security standards. (Note: Mollie has been removed to reflect current active providers.)

2. Warranty (Liability for Defects)

We provide a comprehensive warranty according to German law:

• Consumers (B2C): You are entitled to the statutory 2-year warranty period from the date of delivery for new goods.
• Entrepreneurs (B2B): For commercial customers, the warranty period is limited to 1 year, and the Seller reserves the right to choose the type of supplementary performance.

3. Place of Jurisdiction (B2B vs B2C)

Please note the following regarding legal disputes:

• For Entrepreneurs/Merchants (B2B): The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our place of business in Berlin, Germany.
• For Consumers (B2C): The statutory places of jurisdiction apply. This means consumers can generally sue at their place of residence, and the above-mentioned Berlin jurisdiction does not limit consumer rights.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Detailed terms, including the return address in Frankenthal, are provided in our separate Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and Risk Transfer

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods. For entrepreneurs, risk passes as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier.
